We aim to give you a fresh, personalized coffee experience; letting you adjust your roast preference between light or medium roasts (and in some cases - Dark Roasts)! Light roasts offer fruity notes, while medium roasts bring out rich chocolatey flavors. Those seeking bold smoky flavors should seek out our coffees featuring the Dark Roast option. Ultimately, the choice is yours!

A December 2025 addition from the renowned Tarrazu region, this microlot undergoes a meticulous "black honey" process—meaning the maximum amount of fruit is left on the bean during sun-drying. The result is a decadent, creamy coffee bursting with vibrant fruit notes. Expect a sweet and tart profile featuring ripe blackberries, dark plum, and a hint of crisp lime, all grounded by a rich layer of milk chocolate and graham cracker.
