This crop from El Salvador was dry processed, meaning it got to spend more time with the coffee fruit (if you didn't know, coffee beans are actually seeds - long story). This means that you can expect this coffee to taste robust & nutty, as this region is great for these notes - but you also get a fruited, red wine tone with it too.
