This crop from Ethiopia was dry processed, meaning it got to spend more time with the coffee fruit (if you didn't know, coffee beans are actually seeds - long story). 

This coffee is delicious - from Light to Medium, this coffee tastes wildly fruited, like a mixed berry jam. Those who want a more citrus-y fruited experience should opt for a Light Roast. If milk chocolate and blueberries (these are cupping notes, not additives) is more your jam, choose a Medium!
