This crop from Nicaragua was dry processed, meaning it got to spend more time with the coffee fruit (if you didn't know, coffee beans are actually seeds - long story). This means that you can expect this coffee to have deep cocoa tones, as this region is great for these flavor notes - but you also get a faint fruited, blackberry orange-like flavor finish. Fantastic for a Single-Origin Espresso if roasted Dark.
